DEVO 11.05.24

DEVO. 11.05.24

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (‭‭II Chronicles‬ ‭7‬:‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬)

- Today is a day for God’s people to pray.

- You may think that the most important thing, you should do is vote but actually, the most important thing is to pray first, then vote.

- Pray for this Nation to turn their hearts back to Him.

- When we are full of pride, we argue and debate to win an argument, but when we pray, we humble ourselves to gain God’s heart.

- We need to have a heart for God’s presence again.

- We need to realize that we don’t need to win an argument. We need to win the heart of God.

- According to the latest statistics, there were more than 1 million abortions, in this nation alone, last year.

- You cannot murder the most innocent and expect the blessing of the Lord at the same time.

- We cannot be entertained by immorality and pornography and expect the favor of God.

- We say, “In God we trust”, but are we really trusting in God or are we going about our plans and asking God to bless it?

- This nation needs God again, but that won’t happen until Gods people find God again.

- It starts with, “God’s people”.

- Gods people must love what He loves and hate what He hates.

- He says, “if my people”

- 1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭17‬ ‭says, “For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household…”

- Judgment begins in Gods house.

- God needs to get His family cleaned up before we can expect to see this nation cleaned up.

- So, today, the most important thing that you can do for this nation is, to humble yourself, and pray and seek His face, and turn from your wicked ways.

- It’s more important than voting.

- It needs to happen before you vote, while you vote and after you vote!

- Let’s turn our heart over to God, again.

- If we do our part, God will do His part!

- Have a great Tuesday!
